and than he started fullfiling the deal by killing the first person on the List.
At first he used his powers for his own selfish desires to kill the human. Death gave Sans the powers of Death itself and dust used this to his advantage. Sans was worried but fearing for his life and wanting to still live and kill the human accepted. Death got tired of all this and just wanted a break. He explained to dust how he should have died long ago but hasn't. Of course Things got harder when Death himself came. Dust was going through another genocide run.
